With nearly twenty years of leadership under her belt, Dr. Chavarín’s journey began simply - born in Mexico and raised in a border colonia along the Rio Grande. Driven by a humble, hard-working immigrant spirit and unwavering faith, she broke barriers earning her doctorate and spent 19 years pouring her heart into education, truly loving every moment spent transforming the lives of students, teachers, parents, and community members. Today, she channels that relentless tenacity and fierce leadership into our firm's daily operations. A champion for advocacy and integrity, Dr. Chavarín is dedicated to building a space where honesty, true service, and human dignity come first for every single client we serve. Outside the office, Dr. Chavarín brings that same positive energy and love for people into everyday life. Whether she’s traveling to new places, out fishing, target shooting, thrift shopping, or hitting the road on her 2006 Harley-Davidson Street Bob, she is happiest when she’s connecting with others. Above all, family is her anchor. As a proud single mom who raised three children over seventeen years and is now a doting grandmother, she knows the value of deep roots, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
