Stephanie Reyes

Stephanie is the engine behind our day-to-day operations, keeping our team strong and making sure every client feels truly supported. Since joining us in 2021, her natural leadership quickly moved her into management. Stephanie is a natural problem solver with a powerful background of service, including six years in the U.S. Army with the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade and a degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston. Before stepping into her current role, Stephanie spent four years helping families navigate the stressful process of securing immigration bonds for loved ones in detention centers. That experience, combined with her time as a civil lawsuit paralegal, shaped her core values: honesty, hard work, and a deep commitment to helping others through tough times. Outside the office, Stephanie stays active with CrossFit and running races, but she balances that high energy with quiet days at home alongside her Labrador mix and best friend, Luna.
